Bulk Importing New Items

Can I upload inventory directly into a Workspace?

Yes! While inside a Workspace, navigate to the action button on the top right and select Import. This will open the standard import via CSV workflow, but the Items you import will be directly applied and inserted into that Workspace (also the general pool of Inventory).

Note: If you have assigned a Location to your Workspace, the imported items must also have that same Location assigned to them. You can add this Location name in a column of the CSV as shown in the template.

Can I assign a Location when uploading inventory?

Yes! You can assign a location to the items you upload by including the location name in the designated Location column. The location name must exactly match how it appears in the system for proper mapping.

A few key points to keep in mind:

• Each row can only have one location.

• If the same item exists in multiple locations, you must create separate rows in the CSV file for each location. This ensures that items are correctly placed in their respective locations.

Can I update my inventory through a bulk import?

Currently, you can't update existing items through a spreadsheet, but you can update them using the AuctionBlaze API.
