How to set the view of an inventory Item


The Item Overview Builder gives you full control over how asset details are displayed. 


Default view:




You can:


  1. Choose Visible Fields: Select exactly which data points (like quantity, price, cost, barcode, etc.) appear on your item overview dashboard.
  2. Reorder Layout: Arrange the fields in your preferred order using up and down arrows to prioritize the most important information.
  3. Manage Availability: Easily add new fields from an available list or remove ones you don't need (though some essential core fields are mandatory).





You can access it through the "Preferences" menu, top right, under your profile picture.


The feature is user-specific so other users would not be affected by configuring it to fit your needs.
